CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not canceled within a 24 hour window by the client, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments that are cancelled the day of will be charged 100% of the service cost and client no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost as well. If you have put down a deposit, it is non-refundable for whatever reason you need to cancel. Please understand this is generated by the booking system, it does and will send out confirmations & reminders. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule ASAP through your client profile you have made while booking, thank you for understanding.
Please be on time to your appointment! If you are going to be late you will need to contact me ASAP and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged as a no show or lose your deposit placed, as we will not have sufficient time to give you the quality time you deserve! It is not beneficial for anyone to have a rushed appointment.
Yes I love children, however the policy is to respect the artist, as well as the other clients receiving services by not brining children unless they can be alone, quiet and polite. Absolutely NO babies, infants, or toddlers. Please understand your eyes are closed the entire time and cannot watch them. By not following this policy you may lose your appointment.
